Mayor’s Ride

When: Saturday, August 2nd, 2025

Check-in starts at 7:00 AM with a breakfast and then kickstands up at 9:00 AM at the back parking lot of the Community Center located at 1401 Lazelle St.

Cost: $150.00 for rider & $150.00 for passenger

The City of Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is excited to be hosting the 24th annual Sturgis Mayor’s Ride during the 85th Annual City of Sturgis Motorcycle Rally! This ride has been a special part of the City of Sturgis Motorcycle Rally for 24years; not only for the amazing beauty of the Black Hills but that it brings people together from all over the word….and brings them back year after year! 

The ride will include a professional group photo which you can download as part of your registration. We will be riding through Deadwood and beautiful Wyoming where we will conclude by have lunch at Custer State Park and an opportunity to visit with the Mayor and local dignitaries. . 

Registration for the Mayor’s Ride now includes an invitation to the Mayor’s VIP Reception scheduled from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 1, following the opening ceremonies for the 85th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Join community leaders, dignitaries, and rally partners for an evening of camaraderie, conversation and celebration. Enjoy light hors d’oeuvres, refreshments, and high-octane hospitality as we toast the start of this year’s 85th anniversary event.
