  1. SCENIC RIDE | Deadwood - Hill City

    • 42 miles | Approx. 55 minutes
      1. Leaving Deadwood, take Highway 85 SOUTH past Rochford, SD.
      2. Once you come to Highway 385, take it SOUTH towards Hill City, SD.
    • In Hill City, you can shop or get a bite to eat if you’re hungry.


  2. MUST SEE ATTRACTION | Crazy Horse Memorial

      1. Continue on Highway 385 SOUTH.
      2. Stop at Crazy Horse on your way to Custer, SD.
    • Crazy Horse is a must see attraction for any visitor to the Black Hills.


  3. SCENIC RIDE | Custer, SD - Newcastle, WY

    • 37 miles | Approx. 41 minutes
      1. Exit Custer WEST via Custer St/Mt Rushmore Rd.
      2. Continue onto US-16 WEST.
    • Custer is the oldest town in the Black Hills and you go through it on your way to New Castle, WY. You will also pass through the Black Hills National Forest on your way to panoramic views of the open prairies of Wyoming.


  4. SCENIC RIDE | New Castle, WY - Cheyenne Crossing, SD

    • 42 - 43 miles | Approx. 54 minutes
      1. From New Castle, take off to Cheyenne Crossing via US-85 NORTH.
    • The terrain reverts to hills, curves and beautiful scenery, following Spearfish Creek to Cheyenne Crossing.


  5. A GREAT PLACE TO STOP | Cheyenne Crossing

    • Cheyenne Crossing is a great place to stop, to eat, and to rest before riding through to Spearfish Canyon.


  6. SCENINC RIDE | Spearfish Canyon

    • 19 - 20 miles | Approx. 35 minutes to 1 hour
    • Take Hwy 14A which cuts through Spearfish Canyon for some of the best riding in the hills, which includes a picturesque Bridal Veil Falls. Website


  7. RETURN RIDE | I-90

    • 14 - 15 miles | Approx. 19 minutes
    • You’ll end the ride winding your way along the canyons to I-90 in Spearfish, SD.
