You pay a lot of money to be a motorcycle owner. Let GEICO help you save some of it.
At GEICO, we have insured motorcycles for nearly 35 years; back when Shovels were new, two-strokes were tearin' up the mud, and British bikes still had sketchy electronics.
And that's why, once again, GEICO is proud to sponsor the Sturgis® Motorcycle Rally. After all, we're enthusiasts, too.
With GEICO, you'll work with agents who know motorcycles, and are enthusiasts and riders — like you. You’ll know you're getting a policy that's right for your needs, all with the proper coverage and a great rate. And if you should ever have a claim, rest assured that all of us at GEICO will work hard to take care of you and your bike quickly and fairly.
Insuring your bike with GEICO means:
Call 1-800-442-9253, go to geico.com or contact your local GEICO agent today to compare rates and coverages with a dedicated insurance agent. You'll get a FREE, no-obligation quote, and in just a few minutes you'll know how much you could be saving.
GEICO. Saving people money on more than just car insurance.

Pork is a very nutritious and versatile protein. Pork is 46% leaner than 50 years ago. In fact, through efforts in feeding and management practices by pork farmers, seven of the most common cuts of pork are leaner than a chicken thigh. The pork tenderloin is just as lean as a skinless chicken breast. You can find hundreds of delicious, easy-to-prepare pork recipes, like southwestern grilled pork tenderloin, at PorkBeInspired.com, ranging from sandwiches to stir fry. Healthy, lean and packed full of nutrients, we encourage you to make pork the meat of choice.
The South Dakota Pork Producers Council was established in 1954, when pork farmers realized the value of promoting their product. The pork industry accounts for over 7,918 jobs for farm families, processors and supporting services in the state. South Dakota pork farmers make a difference in our community.
United States pork farmers care. They breathe the same air and drink the same water as you, so they are committed to ensuring their practices protect public health, contribute to a better quality of life in their communities and safeguard natural resources. The Olympics have "it". Daytona and Laconia rallies have "it". The Boston Marathon has gone to court to protect "it". "It" is the "Official Logo" of an event - the registered mark that represents the official hosting agency. The logo is granted to products approved by the official licensing agent, and money received is used for purposes determined by the owner group.
The "Official Logo" for the Sturgis® Rally was originally designed and developed by Tom Monahan as a vehicle to help fund the Black Hills Motorcycle Classic. Tom gave the logo to the Sturgis Chamber in 1986. As owner of Tom's T's, Tom volunteered in 1986 to give $2.00 to the Sturgis Chamber for each t-shirt sold that was imprinted with the licensed and registered Black Hills Motor Classic logo.
This led to the current licensing procedure in which a portion of the money from a customer's purchase of a licensed product is returned in royalties to support the Sturgis® Motorcycle Rally and improve the Sturgis community. This year, Tom's T's continues as a member of the prestigious ranks of "Official Sturgis® Motorcycle Rally Sponsors" as the exclusive t-shirt of the 2012 Sturgis® Motorcycle Rally. Stop by our store at 1117 Main Street when you're passing through and let Tom personally welcome you to Sturgis or order on-line at www.tomsts.net!

Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys has been part of the motorcycling community for more than 35 years and is proud to be the Official Attorney Sponsor of the 2012 Sturgis® Motorcycle Rally. Motorcycle Lawyer Russ Brown graduated from UCLA with a major in marketing. After graduation he worked his way up in corporate America and decided he wanted to do something more fulfilling. He went back to law school and got his law degree.
Russ Brown was a motorcyclist first and an attorney second. When he started practicing law he started to notice a disturbing trend: Insurance companies were taking advantage of injured motorcyclists. This angered Russ to the point where he decided to make protecting motorcyclists his life’s mission.
In the early 1980’s, drawing on his deep connection to bikers, Russ Brown decided to create and sponsor the volunteer program BAM: Free Breakdown and Legal Assistance for motorcyclists, which currently boasts over 1.5 million members. His goal in creating BAM was to provide ‘local’ assistance to riders who were far from home that could use the assistance of a fellow motorcyclist who was near by and familiar with the area.
"We take great pride in our track record over the decades of helping bikers on the road and in the courtroom." Motorcycle Lawyer Russ Brown
The Law offices of Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys, (Brown Koro & Romag, LLP) are a nationwide law firm representing motorcyclists who have been injured in a motorcycle accident. 1-800-4-BIKERS www.russbrown.com

Lakota Foods is one of the wholesale and retail outlets for the harvest of the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe’s Farm Corporation and the bison herds managed by the Tribe’s Department of Wildlife, Fish and Recreation. The company operates from the Tribe’s Reservation along the Missouri River in the northern Great Plains of South Dakota.
The Farm has an annual production of 14-16 million pounds of popcorn, making it one of the largest single producers of popcorn in the United States. It also produces 2-3 million pounds of edible beans (navy beans, dark and light red kidney beans, black beans and pinto beans) and 75,000 bushels of soybeans and 850,000 bushels of yellow corn. From its cattle herds, the Farm can produce 600,000 pounds of premium steaks and/or ground beef annually. The bison operation complements the Farm’s production by providing a ready supply of prepared buffalo meats (jerky and sticks).
The Lakota Foods popcorn plant was established in 2005 in the community of Lower Brule, about 45 miles south of the state capital, Pierre. Lakota Foods processes and packages both yellow and white popcorn and offers both in ready to pop packaging, as well as five flavors of ready to eat popcorn and four varieties of microwave popcorn.
Rural South Dakota has limited employment opportunities, and so the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe is striving hard to achieve economic self-sufficiency. The Lower Brule Farm Corporation, with its marketing outlet, Lakota Foods, is a part of that effort. As it continues to grow, Lakota Foods will expand its product line, reflecting the growing demand for high quality foods produced here at home in South Dakota.
