11th Annual Mayor’s Ride
Ride with the Sturgis Mayor, a Benefit Ride for the Sturgis Volunteer Fire Department.
Join Sturgis Mayor, Mark Carstensen, state and local legislators, motorcycle enthusiasts, industry professionals, celebrities and legends on the 11th Annual Sturgis Mayor’s Ride, Monday, August 5th, during the 2013 Sturgis® Motorcycle Rally.
You’ll begin your VIP experience bright and early at the City of Riders Motorcycle Expo on Lazelle and 4th and be escorted on several of the Black Hill’s most spectacular two lane roads and byways. In celebration of the Sturgis® Motorcycle Rally’s 73rd Anniversary, the route will highlight several Black Hills attractions. To end the ride, you will enjoy a delicious luncheon with Mayor Carstensen as your host at Custer State Park.

Participants will receive a one-of-a-kind Mayor’s Ride Souvenir Gift Pack including a limited edition decanter of Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel wrapped with the Sturgis Mayor’s Ride medallion, a limited edition 2013 t-shirt, 2013 11th Annual Sturgis Mayor’s Ride pin, 2013 Jackpine Gypsies Motorcycle Club pin, and other collectibles from each of our 2013 Sturgis Mayor’s Ride Corporate Sponsors.
The cost to participate in the Sturgis Mayor’s Ride is $150 + $11.25 tax ($161.25 per participant) with proceeds benefiting the Sturgis Volunteer Fire Department and Sturgis Police Reserves.
Tickets are extremely limited for our fully escorted VIP ride through the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota.

The Mayor's Ride is a fund-raiser for the Sturgis Volunteer Fire Department. We are blessed to be surrounded by trees and prairie in Sturgis , however with years of drought behind us and the additional responsibilities we face during our annual Rally, our qualified and committed volunteers are continually called upon to serve and our equipment is utilized to capacity.
